Adsmera respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This page explains how to report content that you believe infringes your copyright.

How to send a notice

If you are a copyright owner or authorised to act for one, send a written notice to our contact address (to be published soon) with the following information:

  1. Your full name, address, phone number and email address.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
  3. The exact web address (URL) of the material on adsmera.com that you want removed or disabled.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner of the right or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may delay our response.

What happens next

When we receive a valid notice, we review it and, where appropriate, promptly remove or disable access to the material. We may pass a copy of the notice to the person who published the content.

Counter notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter notice to our contact address (to be published soon). It should include:

  • Your name, address, phone number and email address.
  • The location of the material before it was removed.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith that the material was removed because of a mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location and will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.
  • Your signature.

Repeat infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we may disable access for users or sources who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.

Please note

Adsmera provides information and links. Programs and files are owned by their developers and may be hosted by third parties. For content hosted elsewhere, you may also need to contact the website or hosting provider directly.

Knowingly sending a false notice can have legal consequences. If you are unsure whether material infringes your rights, consider seeking legal advice before you submit a notice.
